AHS works along with its partners "Hotels & Resorts" and "Destination Management Companies" (DMCs) – as their Sales & Marketing and distribution office. Our online solution gives Hotels and Resorts a global reach, while our offline solution gives the business a reach to Indian and Middle Eastern region. Business development is done through personalized meetings, e-mailers, tele-calling, road-shows & trade fairs. Our aim is to increase revenue and reduce cost of sales through direct contact within the regions repeat bookers, such as OTAs, Tour Operators, MICE & Event Companies, Travel Agents and Corporate Travel Service Providers. We function as your “International Sales Office”. AHS has an unmatched network of contacts across the tourism industry and provides product education, facilitation of sales opportunities and business closure on behalf of its partners.

  • To act as the first point of contact in this region for information concerning the client or specific business leads to be processed by the client.
  • Participate in trade shows where a promotion scheme would generate considerable prospects. 
  • Conduct market coverage (sales calls) to retail and wholesale travel agents, tour operators and consolidators, corporate houses, meeting/incentive agents and event management companies.
  • Set up programmes, allotments, tie-up with specialized segments of the hospitality/travel industry.
  • Create retail and wholesale packages, with represented partners.
  • Plan and execute familiarization trips.
  • Providing market intelligence to the partner
  • Preparation of periodic sales reports,
  • MIS generated by partner on monthly basis is used for developing market coverage plan
  • Networking with business associates such as destination airlines, embassies and consulates, as well as tourism boards

Public Relation

The Public Relation division specializes in account management and event organization for tourism products. In India & Middle East, we work with travel trade magazines and travel writers.

  • Organise press trips to client properties / destinations
  • Develop tie-in promotions for positive media
  • Issue press release as required (to announce new appointments, plans for expansion, events, packages, facilities, etc)
  • Maintain photo and slide file.
  • Management contract negotiations Maintain record of destination advertisements and selling rates of completion products
  • Set up parties and receptions for special announcements /programmes
